Welcome and hope you enjoy the open road as much as we do. Nothing like having the engine in back.

Anyone out there driving a Damon Tuscany over the roads? I just bought a 2007 and would like to talk to someone about the rig.

Stoner:

check out the owner's forum for Thor Industries (which manufactures the Damon Coach). Several of the posters there have the Tuscany model. Good luck on finding the information you seek.

Our 2008 Tuscany (FL Chassis) is a great machine. We love the ride and the layout. We put on 18k miles this past year (our first year since purchase) and for the most part we are very happy with it. Some of our negative issues are:

-- Inadequate headlights for good vision with night driving.
-- Have had real problem with levelers
-- Slide out awnings have failed repeatedly, have been thing replacing with closed units but they are expensive.
-- lots of water leaks when first purchased - probably from setting on lot for a year
-- AC's inadequate in 90+ ambient temperatures.
-- Cabin heater and defroster marginal in cold weather. (wish we had purchased an aquahot equipped coach.
-- Having some premature tire wear (rivering) with the Goodyears

Dealer service has been OK when we push - Damon is working with us to get remaining issues solved.
