Welcome Steph74,
Tell us what kind of trailer you have and where you're going with it. A few pictures would be nice. Glad you joined us on the forum.

OK thanks for the welcome,
I attached 2 pictures of the Trailer.

It is a Joey Nomad from Skyline that has the 3 bunk beds and a queen bed. Can accommodate 6-7 I would say comfortably. It is 24ft (26ft total).

It is our very first one and my first experience at towing and RV camping.

We took it at a KOA in Twin Falls Idaho (about 180 mi away from home) for our first trip. It was OK, I wanted to test also the capabilities of our tow vehicle, a KIA Borrego 3.8L V6, and it does OK I guess, I do not expect lots of power in the mountains but we got to destination safely enough for my taste.

I can;t wait to use the trailer plenty of times this summer.
