New to RV travel - From E. Texas

My wife Judy retired about 5 years ago, and I officially retired at the end of 2015. We live in E. Texas (Mount Vernon - home of Dandy Don Meridith) and have been looking at either a travel trailer or an RV. Looking for something dependable, and within a reasonable budget. Found a nice 97 Winnebago Brave today. Still discussing it, will get it inspected and should be able to swing a deal for it within the week.
