Hello everyone, we are a family of 4 and just bought our first trailer! We are very excited and ready for adventure! My husband used to camp with his family when he was young and decided that he wanted to create some of the same memories with us. We have our first trip planned to Disney the middle of Feb. Any advice you can give would be GREATLY appreciated. We are leaving NJ early and staying over in Georgia. We have driven to Florida before but never with a camper. I look foward to hearing from you!
Thanks!
PS: Captian Bud...you out there?? Its the JETS fans!!!

Garry and Nancy, glad to have you hear on IRV2 and the new camper will be exciting for all. be sure to psot about some of you adventures....no matter how bad or crazy. We all can use a good laugh at times.

We have always kept an informal journal on our trips. Sometimes I will write in it and other times my wife will. When our daughter was at home, she would occasionally write her thought s for the day. It is fun now to go back and read what we did on a trip 20 years ago.

Gary & Nancy, welcome to iRV2.com. We are glad to have you join us here and look forward to reading of your adventures and experiences. Congratulations on the new trailer. I am sure you will like both it and the forum. You should check the torque on the wheel lug nuts and tire pressure. Also be sure you are not over the GVWR of trailer and the truck you are towing with is the right size for the trailer. You will find we are a group of fun lovig RVers that like to help each other where we can. If you have any questions just ask. Good luck and take care.
