New to RVing

Hello all. We are Ruben and Diana from Miami, FL. We have never owned an RV before, but have been researching our purchase for over 3 years. We pick up our new 2015 Tiffin Allegro 36LA next week from Lazy Days in Tampa. We are so excited. We will be staying at Lazy Days' campground and taking their courses for a week. (Our grown sons are happy to have the house to themselves ) I want to thank everyone on this forum for all the great information we found. There is so much to learn! Does anyone have a list they could provide of items we should take with us and what we should stock in our MH? We have already picked up a water pressure regulator and new door locks. Thank you for whatever help and advice you can give to these 2 excited and a little nervous newbies.

Welcome to irv2. I wish you all the best with it. That's a nice MH that you're getting. I bought two MHs from Lazy Days . There's a Walmart , Publics , Lowes and Home Depot nearby for the things you forget to bring . Here's a link to a previous thread with some suggestions.

Hello and welcome to the forum....your right..... there is a lot of great info on these threads......Congratulations on your new rig. Lazy Days will give you a lot of extras for your MH and the rest of what you need you will buy as needed. Start talking with other RVers that you run into to get ideas of "must Haves" and ....."Like to Haves"

Safe and happy Travels.

Here are my suggestions. Pillows, and sheets. You can use the bedspread that comes with the MH. Towels, wash cloths, and personnel items. Silverware, paper plates and bowels, paper towels. If your all electric you will want some induction cookware. Tervis tumblers with lids, nonbreakable wine glasses. Small Keurig, K-cups, coffee cups, and toaster.
That, and a trip to a grocery store, should get you through the week and home fro a more proper outfitting of the new MH.
BTW: Our first MH was a 36 LA and was great. Your going to love it.

Welcome to the irv2 gang, Reuben and Diana! Congrats on your new set of Allegro wheels.

The link below should give you a number of checklists you can review and edit to suit you.
