Sounds like a great trip. I would really consider pulling a small inexpensive used car it will be much less of a burden than trying to pull a 30 - 34' rv into a parking lot. It takes about 5 - 10 minutes to hook up or unhook once you get good at it and it is very nice to have if you intend to do some touring.

If you don't pull a vehicle and go somewhere you will always have to run the generator for ac with the BIG dogs inside. That is if you are on the road in the summer.
