Dean;

We are pleased you joined us. Congratulations on the purchase of your Sunrise on the Workhorse Chassis. My previous MH was on a Workhorse Chassis and it gave me great service. There is a wealth of info available to you here just by asking and don't be afraid to ask. For your info we have a Winnebago Chat every Tuesday night at 9 PM EDT and you are always welcome to join in. At the top of this page is a aqua colored menu bar. 6th from left is a menu titled Chat. Click on that and follow directions.
In regard to your question about which forum to use for your questions. Your questions on your Workhorse Chassis should be posted in the Workhorse Chassis Forum. Your questions on the Itasca box on your coach should be posted in the Winnebago Owners Forum. Thanks for asking. I may be able to suggest solution to the problem of your coach battery charging problem. Winnebago uses a charging solenoid that closes to charge both the coach batteries and the engine batteries when the engine is running. The solenoid connection often corrodes and don't make contact causing the coach batteries to go dead when you are traveling. Your coach batteries should charge when you are plugged into 120V.
Post often and share you new RV adventures with us. Enjoy the forums.
Don
