Hello friends,
My DW and I recently joined the ranks of RVers. We have been looking for a trailer for about a year and finally found a gem for a price we were happy with. Now we are spending some fun time (and money!) outfitting the Fox and upgrading the truck to tow it safely. In the meantime, learning about everything from electrical to tanks maintenance. We tented before, including some professionally, and were looking forward to a trailer - advanced age (not really) is begging for comfort. We are so spoiled.
Anyway, we'll be seeing some of you around I am sure!

PaulDaisey, Welcome to the IRV2 website, were glad you took the plunge into the rv world, you'll enjoy your rv experiences much more with hard walls around you.
I would say about 70-75% of rv'ers start out in a tent, good luck and enjoy. Ed.S

Thank you all! I feel welcome here. Now, shouldn't be sitting by the keyboard on this beautiful Saturday noon! Just finished installing the ball onto the new WD hitch, off to cook some burgers and then to a store to buy some blankets for the Fox! My DW is looking forward to that one, she loves soft and cozy stuff as much as I like solid iron pieces for the truck

Hey PaulDaisy,

Glad you feel welcomed, enjoy those burgers and your shoping trip! When you can't be out in the rig it is fun doing stuff to or for the rig to get ready to go!! Sometimes if I realy get to missing being on the road, I will go out and watch TV in it and pretend to be out on the road LOL !!!! Another thing is when we have a lot of sleep over companey, we give up our bed and we go out and sleep in the rig !!
