New to solo RVing.

I will start on my first solo trip in a few days (actuallly that is me and my Rottweiler/Great Dane mix). We will be going out to California to visit my nice.

I am a little over 73 years old, but do Rving since 1985 (first a pop-up, trailer, followed by a 24' travel trailer and since about 6 years the current motorhome.
My son (a master mechanic, working for the largest Ford dealer in Minnesota), and I did some modifications to the motorhome, to make it a little more easy to pilot it alone.
