Smile New to the site

Well, just wanted to say hello. Little info on us. My husband and I just bought a 2004 dolphin. We've had it out a few times, with some ups and downs. Mostly up, and I guess from what I hear those things happen. We love the RV, we've done a couple long trips to Cherokee NC and to WV. We are located in Florida. And are making a few short trips here for awhile. We travel with our pets 2 dogs, jack russells and 2 birds cockatiels. Lilly and Spike are the dogs and Bandy and Suzy the birds. We are both retired me from the Army in October last year and my husband is retired from KBR. Well, that is a little about us. Hope to meet some of you out on our adventures.

Welcome, we also travel with pets, Spike, Sadie and Rosie (The 3 Amigos), they were our reason for an RV. Sometime we tow motorcycles, sometime we tow a car, depends where and when. Short trips are great for shakedowns, nothing like being close to home in the time of need. We're in coastal NC (Flatlanders) but nothing beats the mountains for constant sites of sheer beauty, however accented with moments of shear terror. See you on the road someday, drive safe, travel often.

Welcome fellow riders / RVers

We're from Jersey and also travel to the Smoky mountains and West Virginia often. We love eastern Tennessee so much we bought a home there and anticipate retiring there. In two weeks we're booked at the Stonewall Jackson Resort (Briar Point campground) in West Virginia to get it some late season riding.

Hopefully you'll enjoy your new home away from home. Enjoy the new lifestyle!

Welcome! Sounds like you are enjoying your retirement. We love the Cherokee/Pigeon Forge area but have not camped there yet. We just purchased our first rig in July. Maybe we will see you on the road someday.
