I just signed on to this forum, and I apologize in advance to any other "HD Rider's" with similar user names. I wanted to be consistent with my user name since many members are from Truck net and Escapees, and it's less confusing if the names are consistent among these boards. I figured my avatar should help avoid identity problems...

Our maiden voyage with the KZ was to Florida at the end of July, and the usual gremlins turned up (minor leaks, squeeks, etc.) but the major item was the "Freestar" brand of Chinese tires that KZ installed. Thankfully, the blowout that alerted me to the quality problem didn't result in any trailer damage, but the $1100.00 that it took to replace all five tires with Michelin XPS tires wasn't in the budget. I'm now waiting to see how much I'll be reimbursed by "Tireco", the importers responsible for exposing us to this. Outside of a few warranty issues that are now being resolved, we're quite happy with the purchase of the KZ.
