New to this forum
My wife and I have retired ( she retired 2 years ago and I just retired in April )and we bought a 2015 Rockwood trailer and we are loving it.
So far:
I tore the TV antenna off pulling out of the driveway.
Somehow I broke the living room slide out.
Burned out the eyebrow and lower board of the fridge .
Snapped the plastic door latch on the screen door.
Had the breakaway cable replaced
And lost the screw for the above cabinet door in the kitchen.
Other than that, it's everything that we had hoped for.
Since May we have camped in PA, WV, Ohio and NY with all nine of our grandkids and their parents. Nine kids from ages 3 to 17 could be the reason for all of the repairs but what the hell, we are having a BALL !

from WA State!
Wow, I've been RV'ing since 1957 with my parents and on my own since 1967 and I've never torn an antenna off, never broken a slide (came close once though), never burned out a board in a refer, might have broken a latch, replaced one breakaway cable and lost many screws. Some still think I have a few loose too along with lost marbles!
Fix stuff and enjoy!

Welcome, and I'm glad to see that you are taking it well. When we were new and had our popup (a Rockwood too), other than the awning, I didn't break anything, but I lost the wheel for the jack twice, and the crank for the popup once.
Just view it as a learning experience, laugh (or cry!), and move on!
