We just joined the motorhome club with a new-to-us class A.

Its a 2006 Four Winds Hurricane 31D on the Ford chasis.

We've had a TT for several years and wanted something a bit bigger, more convenient, etc. Have read lots of posts here, will be spending most of the time in the Thor forum and hope to share with folks all through this forum.

The TT was a lot of fun and we enjoyed lots of trips in it. The along came a grandson and we started staying close to home spending our vacation time with him. We found we were not using the TT much.

Dillema... get out of RVing altogther or step up into something big enough to bring the whole famdamly along. And if the "adult kids" have enough interest they can learn the systems and maybe borrow it for their own vacations... with the stipulation they bring it back with the fuel tank full ;-)

So we went with the bigger rig option. Hope to get lots of use out of it.

Getting our 92 Fleetwood 32' Southwind next week and moving with it in spring from BC Can to NB Can. It's a nice class A. If it gets us to NB with no problems then it will be a keeper. Happy new Years to you all.
