New to us MH owners

Hello All,

After about 15 years of trailers of various brands and kinds (most recently a Montana 3670RL), we switched to a MH. Ours is a gently used 08 HR Neptune 35SBD. Learned about trailing arm issue, and am trying to come to grips with the extent of this problem. Has anyone had them changed in Ontario, Canada?

I know that this issue has been discussed to death, but as a newbie to it, I am still on the learning curve.

Hi Ontnep!

Just stopped by to say WELCOME, glad you decided to join the Forum!!!

I'm sure that someone will be able to answer your question. There are a LOT of people, in this Forum, with decades of experience.

I, myself, have a TT and will soon be plunging into the world of MH's. Exciting and scary time!!

Do not be discouraged if you do not get an answer- right away- to any of your questions. Resend your message out. Could be that the one who could help wasn't on-line to see it the first time.

We are a really friendly group here. Keep us posted on your new adventures!

Ontnep;

We are glad you found us. Congratulations on the purchase of your HR Neptune. If you don't get an answer to your question here I would suggest reposting your question in the Monaco Forum. We have a great group here who like to help when they can so don't be afraid to ask questions. Post often and share your RV adventures with us.

Don

Welcome to the site. My wife and I also trailered for quite awhile and though we had it figured out until about 13 14 years ago. We took a trip with here parents in their motorhome. When we got back we sold our trailer and tow vehicle and got a motorhome. Haven't looked back. The first one was a gasser that served us well, this one is a diesel and so far it has been a big improvement. Motorhomes may not be for everyone but sure do suit us.

Welcome Ontnep,
Glad you joined us. Drive that new MH south and get out of some of that cold.
