We must be related to half of you
Rarely do my second cousin marrying relatives in Eastern Oklahoma give newbies such a warm welcome. Thank you all for taking a minute to say Hi and Welcome. I showed my 7 year old the responses and she asked how many of these people were already friends. I told her that all of you are but we just haven't met any of you in person yet. I got back that look on her face that gives me a clue that she's still deciding if I am telling the truth or not. It has to stir into what she has been taught about Stranger Danger which asks a toddler to decide who is lying and who is truly caring. One of the reasons I wanted to get into this community is because I remember what it was like to grow up in RV parks in the early 70's. My parents gave more me leeway to play because of the mobile community of like minded persons, and I hope to learn that it is still intact today. Again, thanks to all of you who offered a word of welcome or engagement. The invitation is extended to anyone who travels through Salt Lake City and needs a hand to anyone who wants detailed info on the parks of the Intermountain West.
