Cool Newbie

I was given a 1973 Winnebago Brave D18 yesterday that needs a lot of work before its used. I have no idea how anything works or even if it works. I have never owned or even camped in a RV. I have looked around in some of the forums and am convinced that I'm in the right place here. My first project will be to replace roof sections that need it and weather tighten the rest before I move inside. But I can finish it to my tastes and am looking forward to getting out to some fishing holes with my son.

You'll find some very knowledgeable people on here and many are refurbishing their RVs. Keep us posted on your project(s). There's a bunch of 'armchair' RV refurbishers also....and we love to give opinions! LOL Of course, occasionally we have some actual life experience of what NOT to do.
