Newbie

Hi, we have been using travel trailers for 5 - 6 years. Happy with them until last September when some locals tore one of the doors off, then stole the TV/DVD and anything else they could. $3,000 in damages. After it was repaired we traded for a new 2011 Fourwinds 28U/Ford. One road trip so far, drives like a dream. A few minor initial problems, will take to the dealer for warrenty service. The owner's manual is terrible. Thor printed one size fits all but I don't see specific information on things like hot water by-pass, details on winterization, etc. It gives general info like "Drain the fresh water system before winterization". The two travel trailers' owners manuals were very detailed.
Very very happy to have found this site, looks promising for info on motor-home fun.

Howdy and welcome! I have to say, the Fleetwood manual is equally useless, so this place is a goldmine of info.
