My wife Judy, and I, have just bought a used 22' Hi-Lo. We are from Missouri and 64 years young. In the past, we have owned a Coleman Calypso pop-up and a 17' Wilderness. It has been some time since we have had one and have some questions. Need to know how to winterize our plumbing system, what is the recommended tire pressure and how does our Dometic fridge work on LPG? It says, right on the fridge, to turn fuel selector know to gas, temp to 4 and then push button to ignite. After ignited, there is a gauge /window with a RED needle in it and it says it should be in the GREEN when working. That doesn't happen. Doesn't seem to ignite. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Most of the time cleaning the conbusture chamber including the vent duct clears up this kind of problem. Critters and leaves get in and prevent it drom firing up.
Attached is a White Paper describing how the thing works. It doesn't hurt to understand what your dealing with.

Good luck with the new unit and safe travels.

Welcome to iRV2. I believe you have found the friendliest site to get your questions answered. While I can't help you with your question I would encourage you to drop on down to the Travel Trailer and 5th Wheel Forum and hopefully you will receive some more help there. Post often and share your travel experiences with us.
