Greetings all! We've had our rockwood 8293rkss for 76 days and we've been out 3 times. We camped for 20+ years in a tent and decided we're getting sick of packing, unpacking, setting up, taking down, etc. Took us 4 hours to set up and another 4 to take down! We're loving the RV lifestyle and having everything at the ready! we decided to skip the progression from pop-up to hybrid to TT and just go with the 32 footer right out of the box, and we LOVE it. Hope to get lots of tips and suggestions, and maybe even offer a few of our own. Happy camping!

Couldn't agree with you more. We went from backpacking trips of 75 to 100 miles to our Winnie and we love to comfort ,ease and not having to remember if you left that certain item back home in the attic. Enjoy your new ride, maybe we will meet along the way.

Thank you toadswife! We did SO much research on floor plans. We knew we had to have the outside kitchen and we wanted a big bathroom, since it's just the two of us. And I mis-spoke in my first post; our TT is exactly 63 days old TODAY! LOL! It was built on May 19th and we picked it up from our dealer on the 21st. The advantages of living only 233 miles from the factory. Can you tell we're newbies? We know exactly how old it is. Only one more week to go until our 2nd full week of camping. Can't wait. We slept in the TT for the last 3 nights; our A/C isn't working real well and sleeping in a house when it's 100 degrees outside sucks! So another use for our TT.

Welcome, congrats and if it doesn't take you 4 hours to set up anymore you need to put more stuff in your rig! . Never know when you'll need that table saw or lathe.
