Newbie evolution

New to forum and RV'ing. It all started last year with a spontaneous trip from Pennsylvania to Sturgis, SD. Bought a new 16' Car Mate Trailer, added a rooftop A/C unit, installed interior countertop and cabinets and wired for a generator. We loaded the bikes and made what ended up being the first of four trips last summer. While it was a little cramped (me, my wife, her sister and her husband) we had the summer of our lives. As with everything in life, when you get a taste of something you almost always want more, hence the evolution.
Over the Winter we purchased a new Freedom Express 301BLDS Toyhauler, that prompted the recent acquisition of a new Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins (oops, forgot to inform my wife that our F150 at the time would not be able to pull the new TH). Picking up our new TH next weekend and trailering for the first time, can't wait. We have several trips planned this summer with the highlight being a week and a half in the Smoky Mountain area of Tennessee.
I really appreciate this forum as I have picked up many tips that I would never have thought of, and that I believe will make our travels this year more enjoyable. All of the discussions about the do's and don'ts that are learned from real life experiences really do make it a little easier for us newcomers to start off on the right foot. Thank you.
