Newbie from Cali...

First thing i got to say about this forum is WOW!!!

I am on other forums for various interests and this one is by far the biggest and most comprehensive. Just the amount of topics is overwhelming. Hats off to this community!

My name is Johnny and I own a 28ft Four Winds Fun Mover and a converted Pop Up trailer. (I will post pics and video of the pop up on that subject soon). I found this forum because I am beginning a search for a bigger rig that suits my family and i found some reviews on here that helped significantly. I have a wife and two daughters (2yrs, and 4yrs old). When i bought my fun mover I was just married and had all the toys (Harley, dirt bikes, quads, jet skis, jeep, etc.) Well now.... ahheeem.... I like to say i have liquidated my assets (aka. sold them to afford the kids and mortgage). However I have hung on to the RV and we are in the research phase in getting a bigger rig.

I am looking for a Class A toy hauler, or Supper C toy hauler, or even a bunk model with huge amounts storage. I still love my garage in the back to carry all my crap and dream that one day I will fill the rear with kids toys (ok... really want my toys back!) I appreciate all the post so far regarding these units and will start a few threads of my own in more detail.

I continuously work on and modify my rig so I hope to help others with questions they might have. I look forward to many years on the forum and maybe one day start a thread about cashing in my retirement and hitting the road for good.

Hope you all have a great day and look forward to getting to know you all!

Johnny

Howdy Johnny and welcome. I see that you are a "Christmas Vacation" fan.

Hi Johnny! Welcome to IRV2! Yep, "WOW" is right, this is the best RV'ing site out there, lots of good folks with a wealth of useful information, all you have to do is ask! Just look over the different areas and post your questions in the appropriate areas for better answers. Hope all works out for you and it won't be too long until you get all your toys back! Good luck & God bless!

Take it from someone who used to take his toys with him.
Most toy haulers out there really limit the amount of space in the coach.
I'd recommend pulling a trailer with all the toys. Of course it doesn't have to be a double stacker, but we all have dreams.
