Cowan Lake, Stone Lick, Brookville OH KOA. Lots of the campgrounds close or at least close part of the campground. Paint Creek has one lop open most of the year. I am not sure if they have any water on or not. We usually dry camp this time of year.

In Central Ohio, Autumn Lakes ( themed weekends and Friday night pizza), Cross Creek CG ( voted one of the nations best CG in 2014), Cardinal CG ( easy access from interstate, large spots, shooting range.

1st year RVer's as well. Hung close to central Ohio (home) in case we "forgot" something to retrieve in 2015. Went to Gatlinburg for our fist "away" trip which awesome last year.

2016- visiting Disneyworld, Gatlinburg, SC beaches
2017- visiting Yellowstone for full eclipse in August. Should be spectacular!

I will second Cross Creek, we have camped there twice but I wasn't aware of the shooting range. Where is that?

guess i'll say welcome also from Bright, In. 25 miles west of Cincy. been RV'ing since 1971. only suggestion on campgrounds around here is Be Sure To Make A Reservation, especially summer months---more RV's around here than campsites.
been down that road numerous times.
