Hello RVers!

I'm a commercial satellite installer that travels around the USA on major projects. I have spent on average over 80 nights and $8,000 every year on motels. My wife lost her job and wants to go on the road with me. We decided we'd try out an RV to save on motel costs. I'm not convinced I'll save much money, but she does make some good points... we don't have to pack suitcases every time we move locations, we can good real meals every evening, we'll be sleeping on a bed and sheets that we know where they've been and most importantly... she can bring her babies (cats).

We've been rustic campers in the past so we have little to no knowledge of living out of a motorhome. We just purchased a 1990 Fleetwood Jamboree Rallye 26 footer with 62k miles on it. So yeah, I'll be posting questions in the one of the forums... question is, which one? I.E. I know there's supposed to be a coach battery, but where in tarnation is it???

Are there any other 1990ish Jamboree owners out there?

P.S. It on a Chevy chassis with a 350 engine.

Glad to have you here with us. Congratulation on your new Fleetwood and the RV lifestyle. I hope it goes well for you.

If you notice at the top of the page there is a tab for "owners forum". Open it and you'll find a Fleetwood owners forum. It's a great way to start off your questions.

Best of luck and Happy Trails!!!
