Newbie from PA

Hello,

I've been lurking on this forum for a while and finally am ready to jump in. My husband and I, along with our three children (ages, 11, 10 and 7) live near Philadelphia and travel in our motorhome as much as we can, along with our two greyhounds. Our 10 year old plays travel baseball so between April and November most of our trips are to baseball fields.

We've been RVing for several years, started off with a TT for a few years, upgraded to a used MH and this year purchased a new 2014 Berkshire 400BH which is PERFECT! for our family. It's got everything we loved about our TT but in a motorhome that we wanted. Not a trip goes by where my husband and I don't comment on how much we love our new coach.

We are currently planning a cross country road trip from PA to California and back to Florida, leaving the day after Christmas and being back to PA mid-March. Probably a better trip to do in the spring/summer but... again, baseball. I'll be reading a lot of trip reports as we plan, but we'll be heading south then west, then up the Cali coast, then south again and back to Florida... finishing up with a two week stay at Ft. Wilderness. We have places we want to see along the way but nothing planned firmly yet. Looking forward to the trip though!
