Newbie from Sequim, WA

We just bought our first MH and are taking our first trip to Phoenix International Raceway. This will not only be our first trip, it will also be our first nascar race.
Depending how this trip goes, we will start thinking of full-timing it. Will be leaving in a few days and returning on or about March 31st. Really have no plans on where we are going after the race. Just taking our time and see things we have never seen.
I am Retired Military and am hoping we can camp at one of the many campgrounds.
That's about all for now!!!

Hello and Welcome to IRV2. I am jealous. Would love to go to a Phoenix race sometime. Been to Daytona and Darlington, but not camping. Congrats on the new MH. We started fulltiming last April and love it. Enjoy your adventures and let us know how you enjoy the race and camping at the racetrack. Safe travels.

My daughter, son in law and two grandkids live in Sequim, we get up there once in a while, but not often enough!

Welcome to the forum, and a great lifestyle. We spent the Summer workamping in Sequim, and really enjoyed the area.

Safe travels,

Congrats on your first MH, sounds like a great first trip. If you are in the Tucson area, a stop at the RV Campground is well worth the stop, location is the best and the price in right. A lot of Military campgrounds throughout the country that are worth visiting.
