Newbie to RV
Hi all. My wife and I just made the plunge into RV. This forum has been very helpful to us. We are new owners of a 2012 Thor Serrano 33W. Can't wait to get out there. I'm sure I'll make all the newbie mistakes, but hopefully learn along the way.
Along that line I have a stupid question. In the Serrano manual it talks about a black water tank flush attachment. I read everywhere in this forum just how important it is to flush the tank. Yet for the life of me, I cannot find this mythical attachment. I know the manual is for several models from Thor. Does the Serrano have a black water flush attachment or not? If not, what are the steps I should follow to accomplish the same function?
Thank you in advance for any help.

Howdy and welcome to the forum! Congrats on the new Serrano. I'm not sure what the black water flush attachment is...our Bounder has a built-in sprayer thing inside the tank to help with flushing the tank. Maybe if you post your question on the Thor Owner's board someone can help. Good luck.

Hi folks! Welcome to IRV2! We're happy that you decided to join us! If it has a black water tank flush it will be near the tanks discharge pipe and will be clearly marked. Good luck & God bless!

Hi and
Don't know about Thor. In my Safari it's located in the plumbing bay and accepts the male end of a standard garden hose.
If you should find that your model doesn't have one here is an effective alternate that is very simple to use.
