Newbie to the RV world
Good Morning All! Happy November 1st! Im a newbie to the RV world, i really like to travel and do for work as well, and while i love to fly its so much nicer to drive.
This past June, i purchased a 1982 Apollo 3300DB as my families first RV. Great shape, 112K on the clock, GMC P-30/35 chassis, 454, and a tag axel. Motor very sound and strong, trans shifts great, very smooth. Little bit of a brake problem that didnt show up until 2hrs into my 3hr drive home (differnt story for a different topic). Otherwise everything is in great working order. 6.5k onan genset just rebuilt, all plumbing works, both A/C's blow nice and cold, All guages read proper, All electric works that i know of. New 10gal HWH. all original nice little coach.
Im very much a newbie to the RV world, and am looking forward to learning from those that are much more experianced than me. Ive browsed through the forum several times reading various threads about this and that and after a bad experiance with another forum decided this one seemed like home.

Welcome aboard. As a newbie the best thing you can do for yourself is dry camp in the driveway for a night or two. Tools and internet are closer, bailout simple. ;-)
