Newbie with a smile and open arms

Hi everyone just wanted say glad to be here. I'm new to motor homing in fact first of the month flying south (south of San Diego)to retrieve 1993 33' Pace Arrow and drive it back to Oregon. I've driven large trailer and truck setups but will be the first for motor home. looking forward to it and any insite from the more seasoned.

Welcome from MI. Take your time and keep your speed down. Safer and you use less fuel. Avoid tight situations till you are used to the MH. Also watch for low clearances such as utility wires, branches and bridges. Always visualize an exit strategy when pulling into an area, i.e. a gas station. Good luck

Thanks everyone for the friendly welcome.

I'm not sure if I should post this under a different thread or not but heregoes. On a 93- 33' Pace Arrow chev. is the tire size 215/85R16(fromChevrolet motorhome chassis service guide) trying to get a set ofchains shipped to my nephews in Sac, Ca in case the weather changes comingover the pass or maybe I'll wait it out. Depends how I'm filling and the rig is acting.
