Hi all, my name is Bob and my wife is Gigi, and we are new to RVing and so far are lovin' it! Hope to see the sites and meet a lot of nice people along the way.

I usually get to Sunbury evey year for the car show with my Mustang but I haven't heard anything from the MCO on a date for this year. I hope it's still on.

Hey all...big thanks for the warm welcome! So far, we are staying in place here in Sunbury, but are making plans for Labor Day at Mohican Adventures in the beautiful Mohican forest. We went there last year and took a canoe trip, go carts, mini golf, hot tub and inside pool. Weather was perfect in mid-Sept. and besides the good campfire foods, they had a big family restatraunt across the street, a nice walk away. Our son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandaughters got us going on this, so we are enjoying plenty of quality family time.LOVED it! Can't wait to see again, this time just me and Bob and our min pin Minnie...and then all of us will go again until late Oct/Nov.
Hey Lori...NLOVNIT...there is still a big car show here on the square in Oct. I'll see if I can get the date and let ya know...happy camping all! Ginny

Just an FYI, Raider's Restaurant closed. Not sure if that's the family restaurant you were referring to, but it is within walking distance of Mohican Adventures. It's too bad they're gone. We've been going there since the early 1980's for their homemade pies. Seems like the last several years we were there, there were hardly any customers & their buffet quality was suffering.

Oh No!!! I think that was it...it was the one across from the go carts and golf...has to be it, gee I hate to hear that. Well, now I know that won't be there AND I won't get phone service, lolol...thanks for update!
