Newbies just wanting to say Hi

We're new to RVing just bought a 2005 winnebago vectra 40 kd in April. We've used it about 6 weekends and one week long trip to the black hills, now that I realized the slide is above the basement doors we really love the whole experience. My DW and I travel with our soon to be teen son, our 3 yr old golden retriever and a 2 yr old yorkie poo. I've been lurking here for the better part of a year now and have learned a ton so I thought I should register so maybe I can start to contribute a little bit. Thank you all for being a wonderful and thoughtful group of people whom which I enjoy spending time with ( even if it is just on a computer). Thanks again, Mike

Hi Mike... from a fellow Mike with your sister ship. We own a 2005 Itasca Horizon 40KD. pretty much twins
I got mine in March of this year and we're still learning also. We've got 2 teenage boys traveling with us. Already made a trip from NH (we're not FT yet, so just trying to live the dream now) to Myrtle Beach. Have done several smaller trips.. CapeCod, Up to the White Mtn area in NH. Heading to the BIG E, in Springfield MA this weekend. ITs a blast, and an awesome coach. we're sure you will enjoy it tremendously!!! Congrats and safe trips!!

This forum is amazing and I have learned so so much. The knowledge that they share is truly phenomenal.
