Newbies to our 04 Newmar and forums
Thank you for the wealth of information in these forums. I’m new to this bulletin board stuff, but will do my best to help when I can figure out how to navigate irv2 and our Newmar. My hubby will be the main driver, but I will need to learn how to maneuver that monster too. We look forward to learning from you all. Thank you.

Welcome and congrats on the new coach. Lots of good folks with good info here to help you along. The learning curve is long, like forever, but usually only steep in the beginning.
Enjoy the adventure.

Glad to have you here in the forum with us. You're gonna love it here.
Tell us a little about your Newmar. You can enter it's stats, like I have mine at the end of my post. Go to User CP in the green bar at the top of the page and in the drop down click the edit signature tab. It will help others answer questions about your rig in the future.
Best of luck with it and "Welcome to the Newmar family."
Happy Trails!!!

Thanks for the warm welcome JohnRR. You're our neighbor to the north, so I'm hoping you could give me some advice. We will be meeting our fulltimer friends (we aren't fulltimers - yet) north of Chicago and heading to Voyageurs and Isle Royale National Parks next week. Since we are new to our Newmar and will have my 72 year old mom with us (she is on oxygen part time, but has a portable rechargable unit), we prefer not to boondock this time. Our Newmar is 34 ft. and our friends' is 40 ft. and we'd like to camp near one another. I'm looking to reserve both sites. Our toad will be a 14 ft. fishing boat with 9.9 motor and our friends have a Buick. We'd really love a campground that has a boat launch nearby and a site that isn't a gravel parking lot. I've searched internet and irv2 forums for Voyageurs National Park, but am not finding any good campground reviews. I'll also be searching for Isle Royale too. Could you please recommend a good campground in either area or direct me where in the forums to post this information? I am hesitant to post a new thread due to the warnings in the newbie forums.
