Hello from south Louisiana. I just found this site yesterday and I'm really enjoying it. My wife Kathy and I are thinking of full timing in the next year or two. We own a 34' National Dolphin right now but are looking to up grade to a nice diesel pusher. Any info on this new lifestyle will be appreciated. Hope to get some feed back soon and maybe meet up with ya'll soon.

Carey S.

Hi from Albuquerque, and a BIG WELCOME. So where ya from in S. Louisiana? We've visited your state a few times and really enjoy it but haven't spent much time anywhere other than New Orleans. Have always wanted to spend some time in REAL cajun country. Any suggestions??

Again, glad to have ya along here in iRV2.

I live in Slidell right now. We're about 30 miles north of New 0rleans but have friends in the real cajun country, Lafayett, Breau Bridge & St.Martinville.All these places are good camping areas with some of the best people and food in the U.S. Next time you head this way you should check them out. Come on down and eat the best crawfish dishes you will ever have.Don't forget to bring your dancing shoes, cajun music is very addictive.

Welcome. A lot of folks think you need a diesel pusher to full time in a motorhome but I am sure you will find out that there is a lot of full timing going on in gas class A's.

We have had a lot of GREAT trips in our Dolphin gas coach but I do want to move up to the diesel one day. I cannot complain about my gas coach except for the engine whine when we traveled in the mountains. It may be a while from now but we will get our pusher.
