Howdy,

I am a RV Wanna-be waiting on selling my house BEFORE I can purchase a Class C and go full time

Anyone looking for a great house in Central Michigan?

My short list of Class C's are;
Lazy Daze
Born Free
Big Foot
Phoenix Cruiser
Jayco GreyHawk

I went to a Life on Wheels Conference this Spring in Bowling Green, KY
and it was a great learning and eye opening experience.

Hope to attend the [B]Escapees Fall Conference in Van Wirt, Ohio, this September

Until I sell my house my goal is to learn as much as I can about the world of RVing.

Thanks & Happy Trails to you

apackof2, WELCOME to iRV2!!

It is not necessary to own an RV to post here, I believe you caught most of us out enjoying the weekend...

I was on the site off and on yesterday as Sunday is usually the day I spend a lot of time with my family. I did see your "earlier" post in passing through but figured one of our moderators wold catch it....They'll be along as well to welcome you I am sure.

While I don't know anyone that is looking for a house in Michigan, you might place it in our classified section.

I look forward to reading more of your posts as you transition from a stick house to a home on wheels...

Again...WELCOME to iRV2!!

Wow, I do not know how you made it under the Radar. I may miss a few of the new members, but I do try to welcome each one.

You only have to have an interest in RVing and you are welcome here. Hope to see more post from you.

Thanks

I was begining to think I was an "RV outcast" for some reason!

As far as my selling my house, I have it listed on the Internet, for sale by owner site.

Rebelsbeach, you mentioned posting it in the classified section. I was wondering if that was permissable to post the link to site or is it only for RVs that are for sale?

Or is there another general classified section for items other than RVs??

As I am selling it myself the more exposure the better!

Its a very tough real estate market out there!
Too many people bought houses that they really couldn't afford with variable ARMs & interest only loans and when the interest rates started moving up, they are desperate and need to sell and they are selling cheap which hurts the rest of us sellers!

Sigh.......oh well, just gives me more time to decide on my rig

My bust....the classified only has an area for rental properties that are rv related...

In keeping with the rules of the forum against advertising,I would also have to say no to the request of posting a link to your house for sale...

I apologize for the inconvenience, but in keeping with the policy of "not allowing advertising" to run through the forums, you've been caught in the middle.

I do wish you all the luck in marketing your property and would encourage you to use the web forums that I know are available for real estate marketing by "do it yourselfers".

THANK YOU for your participation in the forum!
