I'm assuming your disconnect switch is on.

Sorry I don't have a suggestion on your problem. Keep her between the ditches!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Welcome to iRV2.

There will be a " Coach battery disconnect switch ", sometimes referred to as a " Salesman switch " and then a relay that the switch controls that would require checking . You mentioned the the converter is putting out 13.6 volts , is that voltage at the converter output or did you measure at the coach batteries too.
Do you have any paperwork on the RV as far as operating systems , fuse locations and any mention of a BCC. ( Battery Control Center ) that's the main hub for chassis and coach battery interconnection and power distribution.
In most coaches there is also a system master fuse , within 3 feet of the coach batteries to protect the main positive cable in the event of a short circuit.
Is this RV new to you ? or have you had it for a while , and this is a new problem ?
Any work done on the batteries recently ?

No dc power to fuse box

Thanks to you'll, the voltage from the converter is measured with a voltmeter, I trace the wires from batteries {house batteries}terminal and one goes to where the gen should be connected, { no gen} the other goes to the chassis battery, last one is dead goes to the cut-off switch, I trace back to terminal where its hooksI up to converter still dead, there has to be a live one at the solenoid to feed the converter, yes I cleaned all the terminals, could it be a bad solenoid.I have removed the converter with no wire on terminal it measures 13.6 volts, connected to a batterry still puts out 13.6 volts
