Noob from Michigan

Hi everybody!

I'm a forum noob from Harbor Springs, Michigan.

After having an ancient Jayco pop-up camper for a few years we upgraded to a 2015 Jayco X213. We had an absolute blast exploring and getting used to our new baby. Looking forward to the new adventures 2016 is going to bring for us and our trusty Jayco.

We've already scheduled our first trip for April 2016 and I am starting to plan some other trips. Trying to reconcile real life and work and the fun of RV'ing can sometimes be difficult but we are definitely getting out more this year than we did last year.

Congratulations. We took a similar path as we camped in a Jayco popup while the kids were young - great times.

However, we are really enjoying the upgrade as well.

Love Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Both beautiful areas. Enjoy your new Jayco and maybe we'll run into you (figuratively) at one of our awesome state parks.

Speaking of Michigan. Got a surprise today. Fellow camper came over to say hi. he's from Battle Creek, Michigan.. About 1967 give or take a bit I joined a club that met in Battle Creek.. a year or two later they lost their rented clubshouse (it was sold) and they moved to another facility in the Downtown area... He remembered me from that first clubhouse.. He recoginized my call sign (Which is my screen name here).

Hey, Michigan folks are great.
