Not too newbie in OH..help with gas vs diesel

Hi all,
I'm not totally new to rv'ing as my boyfriend and I have an older class A diesel pusher.
Well times are changing and I may have to go out on my own. Since funds are very limited I was wondering if anyone here might help me with the gas vs diesel motorhomes...pros and cons of each?

Hi! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

Let's just say that if you have been traveling in a diesel pusher I don't think you will ever be happy with a gasser! JMHO

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

I agree with Joe & Annette, once you have a diesel if would be tough to go back.

Glad to have you here with us in the forum.

I agree that once in a diesel you won't want to go back. However, gas rigs are less expensive to buy. All things being equal. Your budget will be the thing that decides how to go.

Happy Trails!!!

Gas vs Diesel

Thank you everyone...Yes cost is a huge factor. Just wasn't sure if the gas coaches were as reliable as the diesels. I've heard the diesels are more expensive to fix than gas and have also heard the gas coaches need more engine work when they get to 50-60k mile area.
Are there any women that travel alone here?
