Obligatory Check-In

Greetings. Brand new (hopefully soon to be) RVr here. I live in Colorado, and we're currently looking at the Open Range 386 FLR or a Montana Mountaineer 331 RLT. TV will almost certainly be a 2015 Dodge Ram 1T Laramie Megacab (2 100+ lb dogs.)

Any thoughts on the two 5rs is appreciated!

Check in is not mandatory , but if you have questions , it is the only way to get started.
Can't provide info on the 5ers, but from the sounds of things your planning to have enough truck.
Do you know the pin weight on the two units?

Both rigs are nice......always check your TV tow chart and the weight of your rig.

Thanks

All,
Thanks for the warm welcome. Just got back from an RV show this evening, and have a few more on the short list. I just finished reading the 20-page Bay Hill string and am only slightly terrified. We also saw a Grand Designs Toy Hauler that looked great, but would probably require a dually to pull. We'll see how it plays out.
