Hello fellow RVers!
We are returning to fulltime RVing!
Well, not just yet. Have to sell the place first and with the bad weather as well as the bad economy that may not be so easy.
After caring for Jerrys' Mom for a year we started fulltiming in 2001 in a 36' motorhome with two slides. Loved every minute of the traveling. We had never owned a motorhome and though did tons of research, you just can't be sure until you try it. We had dumb, beginners luck and got a great RV, added solar and internet and we were off!
Alas, when we returned to visit Anns' parents, about a year into our traveling, we were shocked at how much they had declined. So, stopped traveling, bought a place big enough to care for them and enjoyed making thier final years safe and comfortable.
Now, we are ready to go and love reading everyones posts! Can't buy an RV until we sell the place so we are just living vicariously.

offagain..Welcome to iRV2!!! I know about parents in declining health..it can put a damper on trips out in the rig - but it is important to do what needs to be done for them.

We are glad you are here and have found iRV2! It is the friendliest RV forum on the web - so I know you will enjoy reading and learning all you can about the rigs that are out there now.
