Old but new from Little Current on Manitoulin Island, Ontario Canada

We've been rving for many years but decided to join iRV2 in order to attempt to gather some information on flat towing. We have a 2016 Hyundai Veloster Turbo 6spd manual on order and we are hoping to link up with others flat towing this same vehicle to find out how things are working out. Currently, we pull an automatic Elantra on an Acme EZE-TOW dolly and it has worked well but we would like to flat tow the new car if possible. There are so many participants on this site that I am hoping that a few will have some information that will help us out.

My dinghy towing guide does not show your car as being able to be towed four wheel down. I would check with Hyundai to see what their towing recommendations are.

Happy Trails!

I answered your other post. We tow our 2016 veloster 4 down with no problem. Blu ox makes a plate for it and in fact if you go to their site you can see a turbo verson set up for towing.
Hyundai tech also said with 6 speed it is ok to tow flat. So far after 8000 miles or so not a single problem.
