Hi All,
I have a 3670 bighorn 2009 5th wheel with about 8000 miles on it. I went to rotate the tires prior to leaving on a trip and discovered the left rear tire had been rubbing on the frame for the shock absorber. Needless to say, I had to get new tires. The leaf spring had shifted. I took the rig in to have it checked out by a spring mechanic and he found that the triangler part between the wheels that holds the leaf springs was bent and cracked. I had both replaced with new brackets and bushings.
I am wondering if any other 5th wheel owners have encountered this problem. I was told that the cause was normal wear and tear and would not be covered by warranty. I have never experienced this with any other rig . I would welcome feedback.

Phillup,

Welcome to iRV2!
You may get more attention to your inquiry if posted in the Trailer & Fifth Wheel area. This section is primarily for introducing yourself rather than technical questions.
