Pleasure Way Excel newbie

Hi All, Retired 70-something single woman, traveling in a 21 footer. I'm hoping to tow a 2005 Mini Cooper, but don't know if (1) a '01 Dodge 350 PW can tow the weight; (2) if a tow dolly is the way to go, if so, where do I purchase it; or (3) if I tow without a dolly, where can I get the proper towing kit installed. I'm learning, albeit slowly.
