Problem with new Winnebago Micro Minnie 2106DS trailer

Thanks for the add. I am new to the RV scene and have a question. I purchased a 2018 Winnebago Micro Minnie 2106ds trailer recently. My wife and I took it to a nearby park to camp this weekend. Everything was great, except for one problem. We were unable to get hot water. There is a sticker that was placed on the kitchen counter that stated that the hot water tank valve was closed and had to be opened prior to using the hot water heater. Problem is, we could not locate this valve. Either our dealer did not point this out during the walk-through, or we just forgot where they said it was. I would greatly appreciate it if someone with this type camper could let me know how to alleviate this problem. Thanks in advance for any help you could offer.

Did your trailer come with an owners manual? If so, it should have a few pages on the winterization process. Also, if you know where the water heater is, the valve should be be close to it, perhaps behind an access panel. It should be a single valve that needs to be turned.

There is a removable panel under the bathroom sink. The hot water heater sits under that panel and it is the first place I would look for a bypass. Just FYI, the screws on the panel may look like phillips at first glance but they are actually post drive.
