Ready to roll

Hello All,

We are a family of 5 that just moved to the States out of Europe. We owned an European RV for a few years and really enjoyed our holidays with this diesel RV. But RV's in Europe are generally smaller than in the U.S.A., so when we moved here I just couldn't resist and we now have an Thor Ace 30.2 Class A on order.
I am really looking forward learning from you all and enjoying this beautiful country in our new RV.

Cheers and greetings,
Alex.

Welcome!

Welcome to the land of B-I-G RV's.
Have to say you didn't jump in too deep with the ACE, but they are very innovative RV's (like the FULL WALL SLIDE in the 30.2!!!) - CONGRATS!

I see in your posts that the ACE is on-order - so it will be the purchase of a new RV(?). Buying new can be a wonderful thing...if you do a complete Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI). The key to a happy warrantee experience is Document-Document-Document.

Best luck and safe travels

Thanks for the info!
Yes it is a new Ace. I am looking forward to the delivery. I will certainly document the PDI.

I have just purchased my 30.2 and have done a couple of trips already with a family of 6, one mother-in-law and a golden retriever. Hope you enjoy your new RV. I am a newbie as well. Let me know if you want to know about the 30.2.

Cheers

We just got our 2015 ACE 30.2 in May. One trip so far and its back in shop for a leak in the windshield. No big deal loving it so far.
