Ready to start RV-ing

Wife and I have been studying all the brands, styles, models of RV's while waiting for her to retire. Looking like a Winnebago View Profile or Navion IQ style will best suit our coastal Summer campground and Spring/Fall touring desires best. Will be going to Hershey in September to see 'em all.

Looks like a great site here so far.

Best advice I can give you after 40+ years of RVing is don't loose your sense of humor because although traveling in a Motor home is a great way to see the country, especially with pets; you can expect all kinds of mechanical challenges.
All that said enjoy your retirement.

Welcome to the gang, Footloose! Glad you decided to join. Hope you have as much fun researching RVs as we did. Folks here were a great help. We, too, looked at the Winnebago View Profile and the Navion. They looked like great units. We ended up buying something else larger, but still think the Navion in particular is a great design. Good luck and enjoy!

Glad to have yoou here with us. I go to the Hershey RV show almost every year, and it's a great one! It's hard to see the whole thing in one day. Make your reservations early as most motels and hotels books up fast. Good luck with your search and maybe we'll see you there.
