Yeah, the brackets that were installed on the residential fridge in my 16 bounder were flimsy and spun loosely. They didn't even have any pads or plastic/rubber on them. I'm not sure if they installed the wrong ones of if these are just missing the rubber. I ended up buying little circular rubber pads that you would use on the bottom of a computer or furniture or something and put those on the insides of the arms. Seems to work pretty well. I also used rubber bands between the arm and the bracket to stop them from spinning so easily. So far this has been working great!
If you check out this video from the Wynns, you'll hear that they said that their dealer wouldn't install them for them. They called fleetwood and they were able to get the parts directly and install them themselves. Although theirs seem to sound like you need to drill into the fridge. Mine just attach at the door.
