Hi from Ron & Margie skp#57850

Just came across the site, looks like a winner. We have been FT for nearly 3 yrs., try to spend 4-6 wks in Spring and in Fall at Grapevine Lake near DFW to spend time with grandson and family, otherwise whereever. Weather is major factor in which direction we go and for how long. Like to boondock/dry camp where possible w/o AC. Can run 7.1 btu BR AC off inverter for a few hrs. if needed. Six 6V T105's, Prosine 3.0 & 4 90W solar panels backed up with 2000 Honda allow alot of freedom. Looking forward to alot of good information and friendships.

Let me also welcome the both of you also. You are correct that this is a good site. Lots of friendly people and good info.
I'm sure you can contribute to our fulltimers and give helpful hints to others that have questions. And of course, we are here to answer your questions as well.

Ron and Margie,

A Texas Boomer welcome to y'all!! We're glad you found us and would really enjoy having you join us on a Texas Boomer outing whenever you can. As Ken said, we're going to be up in the Woodlands (hey, that's kinda boondocking! ) over the May 13-15 weekend - for more information on this and other Texas Boomer rallies and get-togethers, check out the South Central folder down toward the bottom of the main page.

Rusty

Many thanks to each of you, in ND heading to Winnipeg. Plan to be at Escapade in Sept. then to TX most of Oct. & Nov., hope to see you then. Plans for Winter still up in air. Thinking Southeast but enjoy Quartzsite in Jan and then maybe up West Coast back into Canada.
