First of all, thanks to the moderators/admins for such a valuable resource. I am currently using a 2007 Wind Sport 32E to attend (and compete) at motorcycle drag racing events. I have learned quite a bit about the F53 chassis and have reached out to TeJay about CHF adapter plates to correct what I consider to be excessive sway in the coach. Of course, the rear sway bar bushings (or lack thereof) are likely contributing to the issue:

Leaking front shock probably isn't helping either:

New SB bushings and shock absorbers have been ordered and are on the way! The effort to effect the repairs make it all worthwhile "when a plan comes together":

Thanks! What gets me is that this RV has been in for routine maintenance twice in the last three years, most recently about six months ago, and no one bothered to inspect the rear sway bar. I've put about 2,000 miles on it in this condition and am looking forward to improved handling (and many more miles!). The 2007 coach only has 16,000 miles.

Perhaps the photos that didn’t load tell the tale but what apparently melted the sway bar bushings???

I noticed a brief period where only the first picture was displayed, but now I am seeing all of the pictures again. If everyone still cannot see the imbedded pictures I can attach them to the post instead.

what type of drag race events? grudge? ama?

Ive had mine for road racing the past 10 years and cant imagine doing events
without it. Single best accessory Ive ever bought!

Currently running Street ET bracket class drag racing, mostly Manufacturer's Cup events. Boondocking at the track is the only way to fly!

yes... especially because you can sleep late vs hotel commuting. Over the years rolling up at tech at 7:30am being accused of "just waking up"... um yeah!

I also like racing myself into a tired heap and crash face down in my bed...lol. I do alot less "rushing" around at the track. Also having your own pooper is a nice luxury!

Only thing Id recommend is a keyless code entry if you can get one or a coded lock box for your door keys. Keeps the coach secure when youre in the staging lanes or away from the coach. Prevents valuables from coming up missing.

I currently issue keys for the coach and trailer to the "crew", which is only one other guy, maybe two on the rare occasion. I had given this careful consideration. My crew guy was certain someone had stolen his wallet at one event, until I stumbled across it six months later squirreled away in a cabinet in the RV!
