At a minimum you will need to heat the the tanks and the plumbing to keep the fresh water moving through the pipes. If you are planing on using city water (can't imagine this happening unless you do it at home. I can't think of any CG in our area open with water now) hook up the hose will need to be insulated then wrapped in heat tape. Do not leave the either tank dump valve open. Only open to dump. Drain drain hose completely. Leaving cabinet doors open will allow some of the coach heat to help keep pipes from freezing.
Have you tried the CG in Talkeetna? Wont have water this time of year but close enough to the Raodhouse for breakfast.
Or you can do what I do, when winter is close in Anchorage I take my rig south for the winter. I head down the ALCAN in late Sept or early Oct. DId it once in Nov, OMG was that cold.

Welcome to iRV2. We are glad you joined us.
About 15 years ago we had a railroad derailment in our city. The train was hauling LP gas and the city was vacated for 18 days. It was in early March and we were forced to live in our motor home. We did not use the water system but we did flush the toilet bowl with windshield washer fluid. It kept the black tank and drain valve from freezing and we were able to dump it when needed. We brought water in gallon jugs for our cooking and drinking. We did have a moisture problem and when the weather warmed up we had water dripping from the ceiling. We did eat out more often.
