This is an old thread, but what the heck...

The '99 Coachmen/GMC served us well for nearly two years with no problems. (Yeah, well, almost no problems... if we ever meet somewhere ask me about the extra 24 hours or so we spent in Montgomery, AL!) However our winter trip to the Mississippi Gulf Coast brought out the inadequacy of the engine/transmission package to comfortably pull our Kodiak TT.

We've started the search for a truck and put the Coachmen on the market. Wow, what an experience! We assumed it would be on the market for a while and instead it was gone in three days! Lower gasoline prices make a big difference in the desirability of a vehicle like this. I had calls from all over the country and the first couple to come and look at it happily drove away. They plan to trailer their Harley to Sturgis, I hope they enjoy it and enjoy years of travel fun.

So, the truck search continues. 2wd, 3/4 ton, crew cab: not too old, not too new, not too many miles...
