Still new to the forums but learning my way around. Hope to be on the road again soon. We lost our 5th wheel to a fire the beginning of the summer. Finally settled with Insurance company and have ordered our first new RV. A Stoneridge 37RB. Should take delivery the middle if January and make a short run to some where south to break her in. Just retired and not fairing well so looking for a little side work to let us travel. Got a small zoo traveling with us, 3 dogs, 3 sugar gliders, 2 cockatiels and a kinkajou. Hope to make some new friends out here and learn as we go. Have many questions as we have only been RVing for 2 years so pardon the asking. Got to find the right threads for the first few.

Welcome meterguru! Wow, that's alot of animals. lol You sure won't be lonely. You will find this to be the best forum for good info and friendly people. Also, check out the 2012 National IRV2 Rally thread. You will meet so many great people, have a great time and can sit in on seminars put on by vendors. Also try posting where you are camping and invite others to join you. Good luck and happy travels!

Hi and welcome to the forum. If you were a submariner as you avatar indicates I bet your new MH seems huge.
Be sure to look in to work camping as it might provide you the little bit of extra income you need along with free site and hook ups.

Yes I was a sub sailor but on a SSBN which are a lot roomier than the old diesel boats. But yes, new the FW is a lot more comfortable. And I'm looking into joining Workcamping since we are going Full time here shortly. Thanks for the welcomes and hope to become more active as we ease into the new life style. IMUA is our ships motto meaning Go Forward. I served aboard the USS Kamehameha SSBN 642
